No exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
It is important to revise your order before check out.
The shipping process is carried out with companies specialized in the delivery of parcels, in our case it can be by postal mail (USPS), Fedex or UPS.
If for any reason, your shipment is lost because of the company that transports it, you have to make your claim to the USPS, Fedex or UPS company according to your case, since you have a case number, you send it to us to proceed with the reshipment of the products or the refund.
If your order has already been delivered and your package (s) is lost, you should file a complaint with the company that delivered you to investigate what happened to your package (s).
For packages not received or lost you must contact the parcel company by which it was sent to you (USPS, FEDEX or USP) be patient since we use their delivery service and the investigation does not depend on our company.
If your shipment is returned due to wrong information that you provide us to make your shipment, Organic Nails USA will not resend your order and will proceed to make your refund.
We can cancel an order without notification due to items not in stock or problems shipping. If this does happen you will receive a notification and a refund will be processed right away however it can take a couple of business days to reflect in your bank account.
Only if the product (s) arrives damaged (s) are we responsible for resending the damaged product (s), to proceed to the following, you must:
1) Make your claim on the date you receive your product or maximum 3 days after receiving it.
2) Make your claim by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (303) 658-0126 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm mountain time.
3) Send us images of the damaged product (s) to email@example.com or by message to (303) 658-0126.
4) Once it is verified that the products arrived damaged, we will send it again and you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your forwarded order.
Return Product Damage:
▪ If there is a defective return of the product, it will be analyzed if the damage was not due to misuse or storage of the product, if this were the case, Organic Nails USA is not obliged to exchange the merchandise.
▪ If the product has a manufacturing defect, a credit note will be applied to the customer's account or the product will be sent in replacement and it will be evaluated if it is necessary for the product to be returned to Organic Nails USA.
▪ Important: For electrical equipment (Lamps, electric nail drill machine, etc.) Organic Nails USA does not offer a guarantee.
