1) Make your claim on the date you receive your product or maximum 3 days after receiving it.
2) Make your claim by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (303) 944-9726 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm mountain time.
3) Send us images of the damaged product (s) to email@example.com or by message to (303) 944-9726.
4) Once it is verified that the products arrived damaged, we will send it again and you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your forwarded order.
